Terms of sale

Business and scope

Praxivon Global Group Inc. offers eligible general merchandise to customers in the United States. Customer inquiries do not guarantee that a requested product can be obtained or sold.

Quotes and order acceptance

Products, quantities, specifications, prices, estimated delivery arrangements and any special conditions are discussed individually. A transaction becomes an accepted order only when Praxivon confirms the final terms with the customer. We may decline requests for unavailable, restricted or otherwise unsuitable goods.

Prices and payment

All quotations and charges are in U.S. dollars (USD), unless expressly stated otherwise. Applicable sales taxes, shipping and other charges will be identified before the order is finalized. We prefer to discuss product needs by telephone or Zoom. Sales are currently arranged directly by telephone or in person, under agreed terms. Customers should not send credit or debit card details by ordinary email.

Delivery and returns

Please see our shipping and delivery policy and returns, refunds and cancellations policy. Any product-specific terms will be provided before purchase.

Lawful commerce

All orders are subject to applicable U.S. laws, import rules, trade restrictions, product regulations, and payment-provider requirements. We reserve the right to decline an order when appropriate to comply with these obligations.

Promotions

We do not currently advertise sitewide promotions. If a promotion is offered in the future, its conditions, eligibility and expiration will be disclosed with that offer.
